George Thomas has had extensive experience on local radio stations and was a presenter on Touch FM covering Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and North Oxfordshire.

Bob Thomas has a career of 36 years in IT

Adrian Smith is part time Chairman of the Association of Newspaper & Magazine Wholesalers ( ANMW) and previously worked for 41 years with W.H. Smith.

Charles Wiggin won a bronze medal in a pair at 1980 Moscow Olympics, Charlie is very well known in rowing circles. He is an accountant by profession and adds financial muscle to the management team.

Martin Unsworth as well as being a director of Regatta Radio is a lead presenter. He has extensive knowledge of rowing and the local sporting scene.
